Supervision, personal care, meals, housekeeping, and daily skill-building in licensed community homes with awake staff.

CORE SERVICES
Below is an overview of the types of supports typically provided in our homes. Specific services are based on each person’s plan of care and authorization.
Transportation is provided to medical appointments, therapy sessions, day programs, and approved community activities as outlined in the person’s service plan.
Staff support residents in participating in outings such as shopping, faith-based services, recreational activities, and community events, based on interest and ability.
When available, short-term respite or transitional stays may be offered to support families and guardians, or to assist with transitions between settings.
