Office hours may vary based on staffing and on-call responsibilities, but typical administrative hours are:

Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Evenings / weekends: By appointment or on-call as needed

Residential homes are staffed 24/7. For non-emergency questions related to a specific resident, please coordinate through the main office.

Coordinators of community services, case managers, and discharge planners are encouraged to contact us by phone or email to discuss clinical fit, bed availability, and documentation requirements. We can then share secure methods for transmitting records.
